Job Description

This position will perform duties to support the training program, new hire and separation processes, payroll and working within various systems.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain new hires, transfers, and terminated employees' profile into ADP portal.
  • Assist in new hire orientation and coordination.
  • Maintain and Audit Employee Leave of absence/PTO information and train them on leave management and approval procedures.
  • Complete employment verification, Back ground Verification for employees/contractors.
  • Ensure the completion of employees' paperwork in compliance with multi-state labor laws.
  • Ensure I-9 forms for all the employees up to date, send out monthly communications as required to obtain necessary documents for compliance.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism.
  • Respond to unemployment claims and audits.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops team and Management to create policies and procedures.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide to Management for periodical review.
  • Assist with planning of special events (company picnic, anniversaries, volunteering, fundraising, etc.)
  • Update Mail log daily and set reminder to Management for important consideration if required.
  • Provide support with open-enrollment for benefits and 401k administration.
  • Manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Knowledge,Skills & Abilities

  • Represent ePATH Spirit and conducts oneself with Integrity, Professionalism, Resourcefulness and Caring.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs of the staff and maintain an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • A college degree is a preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
