Job Description / Responsibilities
- Converting Outlook Forms into Google Forms. Utilizing existing apps, extensions, and add-ons to replicate existing processes into Google.
- Google Site's as a replacement for SharePoint, or existing agency Intranet sites.
- Google Apps tools as solutions to replace Access database/applications and their functions.
- Working with agency staff to determine, and develop Google processes to replace existing Outlook Public Folders.
- Utilizing Google Apps to provide solutions for agencies where an existing application does not already exist.
- Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.
- Possess strong communications skills.
- Able to work on multiple concurrent projects.
- Shall adhere to ePATHUSA Inc work rules.
- Format reports into documents using Report services for creation of dashboards.
May perform other duties normally associated with this occupation.
