World trade center mainly functions as an office building and has an observatory and restaurants. It is an architectural excellence and pride of Manhattan. WTC has large base of stakeholders and shareholders.
The purpose of the World Trade Center Payment Contractor (WTCPC) contract is to issue payments to providers for approved medical services in accordance with the World Trade Center (WTC) Act. The WTC Act provides healthcare and pharmacy benefit services to WTC responders and WTC survivors of the WTC, Pentagon and Shanksville, PA.
ePATHUSA played a key role in ensuring the quality of the payment application. By applying industry approved Quality Assurance processes and methodologies, we detected various errors/bugs and fix the processes that resulted in those bugs. By closely working with the development team and business analysts, test scenarios were validated from the requirements stage itself. The functional, integration, performance and security testing was done meticulously to ensure that the payment transaction is complete in all scenarios such as capture and authorize, void and refunding. The criticality of this role lies in the fact that QA partner is the one who gives the final stamp of approval to the software for releasing it to the production.
