1. Mobile Terms of Service (SMS/Text Messaging)
By consenting to ePathUSA’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ePathUSA through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Program Description: Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). For job applicants, messages may include interview schedules, application status updates, and new job opportunities.
Msg & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan to determine the charges for browsing data and sending and receiving text messages. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for fees that your wireless carrier or other third parties may charge you for use of the Service.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
